A few years ago Matt shared a story with us about one of his customer's sons. Out to eat with his whole family, the little boy knocked over a huge drink. As everyone scrambled, jumping to get napkins and clean up as quickly as possible, the little boy raised his fist in the air and exclaimed in a proud and happy voice, "First spill of the day!!!". Obviously Matt and I fell in love with the story and thought it was a perfect reaction. Usually spills bring about some frustration, but now when someone spills something (which is often at our house), one of us will quickly exclaim, "First spill of the day!!" It definitely lightens the mood! Check out Cole's face! Could there be a cuter spiller?
