This is year 2 of Connor playing in the NFL Flag Football division with LSO. Matt has moved up to head coach and is doing a great job with the boys! They once again decided on the Liberty Browns and the boys are really doing well. Connor is one of the youngest on his team which is mainly 7 (almost 8) year olds, but he is learning and getting better every game! This past weekend he pulled his first flag and won the Player of the Game award - a football shaped bottle of Dr. Pepper which he thinks is the COOLEST thing he has ever seen!!
Cole is the team's biggest fan and spent half of the first game crying when he realized that he couldn't go out on the field and play too. Now he is content to sit on the team blanket with the boys. They've adopted him into the team and refer to him as their "mascot"!
