Thanksgiving!

airos is about time. Not the tick-tock kind of time we are used to living in. Kairos is the beautiful kind of time where God breaks in and changes everything. These are moments when something special happens. They are moments that interrupt our status quo. They are moments when the trajectory of our journeys change forever. - See more at: http://weare3dm.com/store/kairos-teaching-series/#sthash.PRzjy0H7.dpufWe had much to be thankful for this year but most of all we were so grateful to be home together as a family after Cooper's decompression surgery.  Our family and friends lifted us up in a way that we can still barely comprehend.  To give love has always been an easy  thing for us, but to receive it in such a way as this was almost too big.  I realized this Thanksgiving that truly being thankful is a juxtaposition of total emptiness and complete fullness that is so immense you can barely breathe. It was our kairos moment - these are moments when something special happens . . . moments in time that interrupt our status quo.  Kairos is the beautiful kind of time when God breaks in and changes everything.  For this experience of something so much bigger than us, we are thankful.
