Even anniversaries are sweeter when shared with your kids. Today Matt and I were invited to our 12th anniversary party located in Megan's room. She and Connor worked for over an hour in hushed whispers organizing and setting up for the party. Finally we were allowed in! We were welcomed with a personalized anniversary sign, snacks and drinks. There was dancing and even homemade gifts. I looked around and couldn't help thinking that this was an incredibly special way to celebrate our marriage and family. Of course, we also plan to celebrate just the two of us tonight at dinner!
