This week we have experienced many ups and downs while waiting and watching Matt's grandma battle through a stroke. On Thursday the 5th, Grandma Nancy left us and went to Heaven. I was feeling upset, but Connor was our little messenger from God and reminded me that finally Grandma isn't in any more pain. We are sad, but comforted by the promise that we will see her again one day. The picture above is one of my favorites. It is from a vacation we took when the kids were about 18 months. It brought her so much joy to have all of us together at Virginia Beach. It is one of many special memories we have of this incredible lady!

How amazing is their childlike faith...we should all try to remember to trust in God without question. We send our love to all of the Trues and Dearwesters...we will all miss Grandma Nancy dearly!
