Arts and crafts time has always been a big hit at our house. The twins got a "weasel" (easel) for Christmas and love to paint and color. Connor usually slaps as much paint/marker/crayons on the paper as he can and finishes within 5 minutes. Meg meticulously pours over the picture - carefully choosing her colors and staying in the lines spending up to an hour on one picture. I've finally figured out a way to keep them both occupied for a similar amount of time - give them a bottle of Elmer's glue and macaroni! Ta da! Hours of endless fun and creativity!
